General Provisions:

In compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine to ensure the protection of personal data, this is the "Regulations on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data and Information Transfer" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), which defines:

• Basic principles of personal data collection;
• Purpose and procedure of personal data processing;
• Conditions for disclosing information about personal data to third parties;
• Rights of the personal data subject.

This Regulation is developed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," the Standard Procedure for Personal Data Processing approved by the Order of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights dated 08.01.2014 №1/02-14, and other laws and subordinate normative legal acts regulating relations in the field of personal data protection.

We apply the principle of transparency regarding any operations carried out with your personal data, so that you fully understand how and why we use your personal data and what rights you have concerning your personal data.

Definition of Terms:

Data Controller - a natural or legal person to whom the Company has granted the right to process this data with the consent of the subject or as required by law.

Data Protection Officer - a designated person responsible for organizing activities related to the protection of personal data during their processing, in accordance with the law.

Personal Data - information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

Processing of personal data - any action or combination of actions performed, either entirely or partially, in an information (automated) system and/or in personal data files, related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, and dissemination (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of information about an individual;

Client - Data Subject - a natural person who visits the Company's website, and whose personal data is processed.

Consent of the Data Subject - the voluntary expression of will by a natural person (provided they are informed) regarding the granting of permission for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing.

Third Party - any person, except the owner of personal data or the data controller of the data subject, and any authorized body for the protection of personal data, to whom the Company transfers personal data in accordance with the law.

Cookies - a small piece of data sent from a web browser or web client to a web server in an HTTP request each time the Client attempts to open a page on the Company's website. This piece of data is stored on the Client's device.

The personal data of the data subject is processed by the Company for the following purposes:

• Execution of electronic purchase-sale agreements at a distance, provision/receipt, and execution of settlements for purchased goods/services in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine";

• Verification of the customer's compliance with the age required by law for making online purchases;
• Processing and completion of the order process and ensuring communication with the Company's customers to fulfill the Company's obligations arising from agreements concluded between the Company and the customer;
• Analysis of user experience and service quality;
• Conducting trend analysis and statistical analyses for marketing and other internal purposes of the Company;
• Enhancing the security of the Company's website.

Procedure for Processing Personal Data by the Company:

The consent of the personal data subject is provided during the establishment of civil legal relations in accordance with the current legislation.

Registration on the website and/or the placement of a mark by the Client in the relevant electronic form on the website indicates:

• that the Client voluntarily provided their personal data to the Company, and the Company lawfully obtained this data and can process it on legal grounds;

• confirmation by the Client of receiving information about the owner of personal data, their rights as a subject of personal data, the composition of collected personal data, and the purpose of processing;

• the Client's consent to the processing of personal data.

Client has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data at any time by sending a corresponding request to the Company's email address: info@polycraft.ua and/or to the Company's physical address. In doing so, the Client understands that the withdrawal of consent prevents further use of the website and the placement of orders.

Terms of Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties by the Company:

• Receive a response within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, regarding whether their personal data is being processed (such a request must be in written form, dated, and signed);

• Submit a substantiated request to the Company objecting to the processing of their personal data;

• Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data.

• The client has the right to control the receipt of electronic commercial messages from the Company.

When registering on the website, the client consents to receiving electronic commercial messages from the company, receiving news and information about promotions, discounts, and other services and/or products offered by the Company.
